What Makes It Different?
√ Aramid Cord That Refuses to Stretch: Most replacement belts use polyester cord, which gradually elongates under load and forces you to re‑tension the drive. Our belt uses parallel‑laid aramid filaments – the same material found in ballistic protection – to keep the belt dimensionally stable. Once you tension it, it stays tensioned.
√ Chloroprene Formulated for the Field: Standard rubber hardens and cracks when soaked in oil or baked by engine heat. Our lab‑developed chloroprene blend retains its flexibility from well below freezing up to high operating temperatures, and it shrugs off the abrasive dust that fills the air during harvest.
√ Cogged Profile, Cooler Running: The precision‑molded cogs on the inner circumference let the belt bend easily around the small pulleys of the drive. Less bending resistance means less internal friction, so the belt runs cooler and lasts longer – a critical advantage when the machine is running flat out.
